Refund Policy
Teacher Review Program - Our Basic Enrollment Program

Transcript Evaluation Fees and Special Services Fees are non-refundable. $100 (or $150
if a family enrolled after July 1) of tuition/registration is non-refundable upon
acceptance.

Additionally, if a family withdraws after 15 days, the equivalent of the first monthly
payment (of a 10-month payment plan) is also non-refundable.

If a family withdraws after September 1, half of the tuition fees (plus any registration
fees paid) are non-refundable.

If a family drops older children prior to September 1, the fees revert back to those of
the oldest enrolled child. If an older child is dropped after September 1, resulting in
a change of fees, the first semester remains the same, but the fees for the second
semester will be adjusted provided that the change is made before January 15th.
- If a family withdraws after January 15th all of the fees are non-refundable.
Please note: Families on the quarterly or monthly payment plan who drop
during 1st Semester will continue to be charged tuition payments until the 1st Semester
tuition is paid in full. Families on the quarterly or monthly payment plans who drop during
2nd Semester will continue to be charged tuition payments until 2nd Semester tuition is paid
in full.
Learning Support Classes, Teacher Services, & Labs
During the summer LS/TS Course fees are refundable in full, minus a per course drop fee.
- If a course is dropped in June, we retain $5 per course.
- If a course is dropped in July, we retain $10 per course.
- If a course is dropped in August, we retain $20 per course.
- Beginning September 1st, the first semester course fees are non-refundable.
- Beginning January 15th, the second semester course fees are non-refundable.
Please note: Course fees for courses on the monthly payment plan dropped
during 1st Semester will continue to be charged until the first semester is paid in full.
Course fees for courses on the monthly payment plan dropped during 2nd Semester will
continue to be charged until the second semester is paid in full.
